My methods
Integrative Psychotherapy
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist for behavioural therapy and specialize in integrative methods, which I learned after completing my studies in psychology over 3 years at the state-approved Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy Munich (Kirinus CIP).
Integrative psychotherapy is based on the scientific findings of university psychotherapy research and combines the most effective methods of all scientifically recognized psychotherapeutic procedures in Germany (Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Depth Psychology-Based Psychotherapy, Analytical Psychotherapy, Conversational Psychotherapy and Systemic Therapy), but also modern treatment approaches such as Mindfulness, Meditation or Embodiment. I am constantly undergoing further professional training and pay particular attention to holistic methods that take equal account of body and mind, as research has produced many new findings in this area in recent years.
As a psychotherapist in Munich, I work primarily with the following methods:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Self-compassion
- Mindfulness
- Meditation
- Embodiment (body therapy, breathwork, emotional activation therapy EAT)
- Strategic Behavioral Therapy (SBT) and Strategic Coaching
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) according to the guidelines of the Joint Federal Committee
- Brainspotting (body therapy for trauma processing)
- Clarification-Oriented Psychotherapy according to Rainer Sachse
