About me
As a licensed Psychological Psychotherapist and Coach, I am your contact person for all questions regarding mental well-being, disease prevention, and the improvement of general quality of life. Naturally, I also provide professional support during phases of change, in crises, and in specific cases of illness, for as long as you wish.
I continually pursue professional development and work exclusively based on scientifically founded insights. Additionally, my patients benefit from the use of new media, allowing them to transfer their therapeutic progress more quickly into everyday life.
Like your general practitioner’s office, I aim to offer my patients a long-term point of contact for all topics concerning psyche, mind, and body. Therefore, I work closely with colleagues from other holistically oriented health fields, such as nutritional medicine, osteopathy, yoga, and fitness training, enabling me to provide you with access to comprehensive and multiprofessional treatment.
What my clients say about me:

Methoden meiner Praxis für Psychotherapie München
Application of Integrative Psychotherapy Methods
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist specializing in behavioral therapy and integrative methods—techniques I acquired over the course of three years at the state-recognized Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy in Munich (Kirinus CIP) following the completion of my psychology studies.
Integrative psychotherapy is grounded in scientific findings from academic psychotherapy research; it combines the most effective methods from all psychotherapeutic approaches scientifically recognized in Germany (behavioral therapy, depth-psychologically founded psychotherapy, analytic psychotherapy, client-centered psychotherapy, and systemic therapy), as well as modern treatment approaches such as mindfulness, meditation, and embodiment.
I engage in continuous professional development, placing particular emphasis on holistic methods that address both body and mind equally—an area in which research has yielded many new insights in recent years.
As a psychotherapist in Munich, I focus primarily on the following methods:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Emotionfocused Therapy (EFT)
- Self-compassion
- Mindfulness
- Meditation
- Embodiment (body therapy, breathwork, emotional activation therapy EAT)
- Strategic Behavioral Therapy (SBT) and Strategic Coaching
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) according to the guidelines of the Joint Federal Committee
- Brainspotting (body therapy for trauma processing)
- Clarification-Oriented Psychotherapy according to Rainer Sachse
