Protecting your personal data is important to me. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I am required to inform you about the purposes for which my practice collects, stores, or forwards data. 2. Purpose of Data Processing
Data processing is carried out based on legal requirements to fulfill the treatment contract between you and your psychotherapist and the associated obligations.
For this purpose, the practice processes your personal data, especially your health data. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, therapy proposals, and findings collected by me or other doctors and psychotherapists. Other doctors or psychotherapists treating you may also provide me with data (e.g., in medical letters). The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, proper treatment cannot be ensured.
3. Recipients of Your Data
I only transmit your personal data to third parties when legally permitted or if you have given your consent.
Recipients of your personal data may include, in particular, other doctors/psychotherapists, medical associations, health insurance companies, the medical service of health insurance, medical chambers, and private billing offices. Data transmission primarily serves billing purposes, clarification of medical and insurance-related matters. In individual cases, data may be transmitted to other authorized recipients.
4. Storage of Your Data
The practice retains your personal data only as long as necessary for treatment. Due to legal requirements, I am obligated to keep these data for at least 10 years after the completion of treatment. Other regulations may require longer retention periods, such as 30 years for radiological records under Section 28 (3) of the Radiation Protection Ordinance.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request information about your stored personal data. You can also request the correction of incorrect data.
Furthermore, under certain conditions, you have the right to data deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability.
Data processing is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases do I require your consent. In such cases, you have the right to revoke your consent for future processing.
Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

5. Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts:
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. The loaded Google fonts are integrated locally on the commissioned server in Germany and are loaded from there.
Google Maps:
