Concept of Health
The definition of the health concept:
The widely accepted concept of salutogenesis sees health and disease as two poles on a continuum. Rather than a clear delimitation of these concepts and the development of disease, the health concept is about the emergence and maintenance of health and resilience. Health and resilience arise according to this approach depending on the following 3 factors. These are:
1. Our confidence that we can find an explanation for things that happens to us in life.
(World and self-understanding)
2. Our confidence that we have enough strength (resources) to overcome all the challenges of life.
(Successful management)
3. Our confidence that our efforts and our participation in life will lead to worthwhile results.
(Sense in life)
My efforts focus on the development of these three basic requirements for the health and well-being of my patients.
